Why do I need regular inspection of my sprinkler system?

A regular walkthrough allows us to check each zone of the sprinkler system to make sure each zone comes on through the timer, and we check for proper pressure and water coverage on each zone. Sprinkler systems multiple components, exposed to the environment and traffic on your property (lawnmowers, wildlife, weather, etc.). Monthly walk-throughs will save you money- don’t wait till you have dry spots or the lawn and landscape are dying! We will check for: 1) Arc and radius coverage. 2) Proper head alignment. 3) Damaged heads, valves, PVB etc. We also will clean around the heads and valve boxes.

How far out are you scheduling?

Spring and summer are busy; we try to get out for an estimate the next day but that isn’t always possible.

What is your pricing structure?

Unfortunately it’s hard to give an estimate without seeing the job.

Pricing for leaf removal is generally on the size of property and number of trees. We have a $45 service fee, hourly charge for labor, and need to figure in the county dump fee based on the amount of leaves. Scott can give a broad estimate over the phone, and come out and give a more accurate estimate for free, as wet leaves, compressed leaves, and accessibility are often factors increasing the amount of labor.

Prices for junk removal and other services require details to quote - based on the size and makeup of the load (certain items are more expensive to dispose of like electronics, mattresses) - generally $400 - $800 per load. Our trailer is 16’ long, and can accommodate many but not all types of loads.

Irrigation also is difficult to quote without evaluating the system - depends on number of zones, repairs needed, service needed (repair vs startup or winterization). We do charge the service fee of $45 for irrigation service.
