What is your pricing structure?

Unfortunately it’s hard to give an estimate without seeing the property.

Pricing for leaf removal is based on the size of property and number of trees. There is a $45 service fee, hourly charge for labor, and a county dump fee based on the amount of leaves.

Prices for junk removal and other services require more information to quote - based on the size and makeup of the load (certain items are more expensive to dispose of like electronics, mattresses) - generally $400 - $800 per load.

Irrigation also is difficult to quote without evaluating the system - depends on number of zones, service needed (repair vs startup or winterization).
